The worst customer support ever. The credit card and service is the worst, i just received a new visa credit card, activate then tried to used it and was declined. No weekend service available....

Can't call to get a quick question answered about whether a specific branch is open today I'm on the 3rd phone tree still trying to get a live body...Just need to see if a branch is open today...

Not very happy with the service on a Heloc, I have received so far much back and forth without concrete answers. I suggest trying another credit union or a bank.
