Dr. Joseph P. Alukal is The Andrew Sabin Family Foundation Associate Professor in the Department of Urology; he is also Director of Men's Health at Columbia/NewYork-Presbyterian and Fellowship Director in Andrology/Male Reproductive Health. He serves as the Medical Director for Access-to-Care for ColumbiaDoctors. Dr. Alukal serves in a number of roles at a national and international level for professional specialty and subspecialty organizations, including the American Urological Association (AUA), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR), of which he is a past-President and current Board Member. As a member of the AUA Ambassadors, he have lectured internationally to the Urologic Professional Societies of countries including India, Italy, and Bangladesh. He has authored or been a co-author on nearly 50 peer-reviewed publications and scientific book chapters and as well is the lead editor of the book "Design and Implementation of the Modern Men's Health Center." While as a fellow, he was funded by an AUA Foundation Award. Dr. Alukal currently serves at Columbia in a number of roles, including his service on the ColumbiaDoctors PO Strategy Committee. As well, he is the Clinical Director for the NYP Reproductive Tissue Bank, in addition to serving on the NYP Tissue Bank Medical Advisory Committee. He maintains a busy clinical practice in men's health, male infertility, male sexual dysfunction, and general urology and has been named to Castle Connolly's Top Doctors New York Metro Area every year since 2016. He is currently named to New York Magazine's Top Doctors 2024. He maintains extensive clinical collaborative relationships with numerous IVF centers, primary care, and cardiology practices in and around the New York City area. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Mani P. Singh, MD is an Assistant Professor of Sports Medicine in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY. He served as a team physician for local high schools, the University of Colorado Athletics (NCAA Division I), Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Rapids (MLS), Rapids II (MLS Next Pro), and Colorado Mammoth (NLL). He worked closely with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) Sports Medicine Division in Colorado Springs to provide practice coverage and medical care for Team USA athletes (Women’s Foil Fencing, Men’s Volleyball, Men’s Sled Hockey, Women’s Sitting Volleyball, Wrestling). Dr. Singh has additional experience in Ski/Snowboard Medicine through his training at the Denver Health Winter Park Ski Resort Medical Center. Clinically, Dr. Singh believes in an evidence-based, multi-disciplinary approach to the non-operative management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, concussion care, and injury prevention. He is a strong proponent of individualized rehabilitation and patient-education for the prevention and recovery of sports-related injuries. He is trained in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and provides interventional treatments such as ultrasound guided injections, corticosteroid injections, viscosupplementation, platelet-rich-plasma (PRP), needle tenotomy/fenestration, prolotherapy, peripheral nerve injections, and extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT). Academically, Dr. Singh is passionate about medical student and resident education, clinical research, and community outreach. He has published and lectured on a variety of topics related to sports medicine at the local, regional, and national levels. Dr. Larisa Geskin is a Professor of Dermatology (in Medicine) at Columbia University Medical Center and Director of the Comprehensive Skin Cancer Center (CSCC) at the Division of Cutaneous Oncology in the Department of Dermatology. She is a world-renowned specialist in the diagnosis and management of cutaneous lymphomas and other cancers of the skin. Her other areas of expertise include melanoma screening, prevention, medical and surgical therapy, and management of high risk for skin cancer populations. Dr. Geskin is using state-of-the-art methods in melanoma screening and surveillance including Mole Mapping (body mapping) and dermoscopy. She was involved in development of novel melanoma detection methods, including MelaFind among others. Dr. Geskin's team aims to provide multidisciplinary care to skin cancer patients, to conduct cutting edge clinical and basic science research, and to train medical students, residents and fellows in the area of cutaneous oncology. Dr. Geskin completed her residency in Dermatology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), and a two-year fellowship in cutaneous oncology at University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI) with Louis Falo, MD, PhD, Professor and Chairman, Department of Dermatology, UPMC, and with John Kirkwood, MD, Professor and Vice Chairman for Clinical Research, Director of the Melanoma Center at the UPCI. She is a diplomat of the American Academy of Dermatology, member of the Society for Investigative Dermatology, the International Society for Cutaneous Lymphomas, and US Cutaneous Lymphomas Consortium.
