My burner was broken. It was a Sunday. I left a message with John's emergency answering service. I then called 7 other places boasting 24/7 service yet not one had a technician working on Sunday....

paid for 185 gallons and John fuel gave me only 125 gallons .when they took me to court for payment they had many lawsuit of unhappy of customers felt they were overcharged

We used this place in the past. All I can say is when it gets cold out they become very independent and customer service comes last.

I called them cause in the middle of night we ran out of oil ! They send somebody in the morning fuel up oil and purge ! Just letting other customers they are very professional and all the sfaff...
