History

Our business started from the closing of First Pennco Securities in 1980. We took over the responsibility of completing several tax exempt hospital bond issues. We have grown since then completing over 100 private placements of debt, equity and tax exempt issues.

Private placements of debt and equity for companies in the USA. We structure and place both taxable and tax exempt issues. We have been in business for 37 years and are members of FINRA, SIPC and MSRB.
