Mr. Perak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years experience specializing in Family Services/therapy, Mental Health, Addictions and Recovery from Addictions, Trauma Treatment, Geriatrics, and has knowledge of Developmental Disabilities. He works with ages 8 years old and up. He provides individual, family, couples, marital, and parent-child counseling, including therapy/counseling for people in co-dependent relationships. Mr. Perak worked in multiple treatment settings including inpatient and outpatient treatment in public and private settings. His clinical approach is Psychodynamic, oriented in Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Relationship Therapy utilizing Transactional Analysis, and Script Analysis. He will utilize behavior therapies as needed. Mr. Perak received his B.S.W. degree from Buffalo State College, and His M.S.W. degree from the University of Albany Graduate School of Social Work in 1986.
