Awful. Just awful. The turnover rate in this office is high and it's no wonder why. Highly inconsiderate management; confused and unknowledgeable staff. Awful.

horrible experience cancelling with them. they say they cancelled your policy and a month later they charged my account again. and they still owe me for unsused premiums from the day i cancelled.....

This insurance agency is the worst. The staff is very unprofessional. They cancelled my insurance without a notice. Run away as fast as you can to another agency.
