I have normally been a prime rib gal, but I think I'm gravitating now towards their pastrami and burn ends! Great time to go on the weekends rig before it right at 5P, fresh cuts and slow crowd....

last time i came here was 2 years ago but still a solid bbq spot. got the rib tips which were much better than expected even though im not a fan of the sweet salty peppery flavor profile usually....
