Joe's (Home of soup dumplings) father restaurant Joe's Shanghai was founded in 1995. Phase II was in the works by the son and created his own brand by 2019, hence the father son Chinese letters and symbols surrounding the logo. Only True Loyal fans will understand! This place was delicious! The noodles were perfectly chewy and tender and the soup dumplings were amazing. One of our faves was the cucumber salad -- unique and spicy and satisfying.
