Joanna Weeks, M.D.

Marina J. Corines, M.D. is a Board Certified radiologist specializing in Breast Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus. She also serves as Associate Program Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Residency, Associate Program Director of the Breast Imaging Fellowship Training Program, and Associate Chair for Community Outreach in the Department of Radiology.Dr. Corines graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2012. She then received her M.D. at New York Medical College, School of Medicine in 2018, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society.Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC from 2018 to 2019, Dr. Corines completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center from 2019 to 2023, during which she was elected and served as Chief Resident. She received the Robert D. Zimmerman, MD award in 2022 as well as the Distinguished Housestaff and Alexander R. Margulis, MD, DSc awards in 2023. She then completed a fellowship in Breast and Body Imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from 2023 to 2024. Dr. Corines joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in September 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology.Dr. Corines’s clinical expertise is in Breast Imaging. She interprets a variety of imaging studies, including mammography (2D, digital breast tomosynthesis, and contrast-enhanced mammography), breast ultrasound, and breast MRI. She performs image-guided breast interventional procedures including stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided biopsies as well as pre-operative radioactive seed localizations.Dr. Corines is actively involved in community outreach and engagement efforts within the WCM and greater NYC communities. Her research interests include contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI, and artificial intelligence/radiomics. She is a member of several radiological and breast imaging societies. Riya Goyal, M.D. is a radiologist specializing in Abdominal Imaging. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital-WeillCornell Campus.Dr. Goyal attended Harvard College for her undergraduate degree, graduating in 2012 with a B.A. in Human Evolutionary Biology and minor in Global Health and Health Policy. She then received her M.D. at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in 2018.Following an internship at Plainview Hospital, Dr. Goyal completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Northwell Health at North Shore/LIJ in2023. After this, she completed her fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2024.Dr. Goyal joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in August 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology.

Rohan Jotwani MD, MBA is a board-certified pain medicine specialist and anesthesiologist, practicing clinically within both fields. He is also an internationally renowned expert and researcher in the field of medical extended reality. Dr. Jotwani grew up in both Seoul, South Korea and Flushing, Queens. He first became interested in science and technology while attending the renowned Bronx High School of Science, where he began researching cancer genetics at the age of fifteen. This eventually inspired him to complete his undergraduate studies in biology at Columbia University. He then went on to complete both his medical degree and his Master of Business Administration concurrently in four years at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Jotwani completed his residency in anesthesiology across three hospitals: NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In March 2020, he was elected to the position of chief resident during the NYC COVID-19 surge, and helped organize and lead a 90+ resident critical care task force across numerous hospitals in the city.Finally, Dr. Jotwani went on to finish his training by completing a pain medicine fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital. There he worked with pioneers to learn advanced forms of pain management and minimally invasive treatments including injection therapies, vertebral augmentation/spacers, novel stimulation based therapies, and intrathecal pump therapy. Further, his training with world experts in palliative care, neurology, headache medicine, sports medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics and oncology allows him to provide a truly multidisciplinary approach to each person’s unique journey with chronic pain. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Jotwani actively researches the intersection of pain management and technology, particularly exploring virtual reality applications for chronic pain treatment and medical education. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Medical Extended Reality. Dr. Jotwani research has been funded by Bodyswaps/Meta, the ACGME, and the Nanette Laitman foundation. His expertise has been featured in major news outlets such as CNBC, The Boston Globe and The New York Times, and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals.
