The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They can't be bothered to help, look up, acknowledge, etc. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, I wait a year and go back...

Jill SCHERER is my FAVORITE place to shop. Not only can I get my makeup done by Sandra (who happens to be the best at what she does), but I can also shop for cozy pajamas, and wonderful gifts...
