Although there are occasions I've had to wait a bit, the service was satisfactory and the staff was courteous. That said, at over $100 for a 4 qt. oil change, I'll be doing them myself from now on.

Jiffy? Seriously? Not even close. Been sitting in line now for close to 2 1/2 hours. I'm stuck in a line behind a bay with a commercial truck that they've been working on now easily for two hours....

Forgot to reinstall drain plug in my son's car. Destroyed engine. Dragged their feet making it right. They stink.

Don't go anywhere near this place. The people that work here are too busy on their cell phones to provide service. The receptionist was on her phone for 10 minutes as I waited listening to her...
