Small, cramped with very tiny stage. Dingy, dark atmosphere. Went there to see Friends the parody. Wasn't crazy about this production, but that's just my taste.

Came here to see "love actually" and liked this cozy theater. We sat on the front row and saw the show up and personal. Strongly recommend

My 1st off Broadway experience. My daughter and I saw The Office parody which is 5 stars on it's own. I have no other NY theater's to compare it to, so 5 stars it is.
