History

After living in several communities in Queens over the years, Lily settled into Forest Hills. Being so pleased with the area's richness and beauty, aware of her various abilities, and appreciative that her real estate agent had helped her achieve happiness in finding her home, she became inspired to do the same and share her passion with others. While at Century 21 Benjamin, currently Benjamin Realty, Lily was awarded almost every year for her sales performance. In 2009, she was one a very select few agents invited to speak at a forum presented by real estate guru Steve Harney. Though most of her business is in Forest Hills and Rego Park, Lily will go wherever her clients' take her. She is very in tuned to what each building, home and area has to offer, and connects that insight to those things that are personally important to her customers.
