went in there to get a pendant hook changed out. said he couldn't do it. took it to jeweler on the corner of lake and dpa and the guy there did it in 15 minutes

Brought in a diamond bracelet to sell. Jennas jewelers offered me $300. Took it for a second opinion and was offered $850 !! Be careful ! They try to rip you off BIGTIME.
