Jeffrey B. Freedman, MD - MSK Psychiatrist

I am a medical oncologist whose research and clinical activities focus on treating patients with pancreatic and hepatobiliary malignancies. I work very closely with a team of surgeons, oncologists, and radiation therapists to determine and provide the best treatment for patients with these diseases.

I am a surgeon who cares for people with cancers of the colon, rectum, anus, appendix, and peritoneum. I also serve as the Vice President of Quality and Safety where I am responsible for managing MSK’s clinical quality, patient safety, and infection control.

I am a board-certified medical oncologist whose practice is devoted solely to the care of people with melanoma. I look forward to creating a close, trusting relationship with each patient and family as we work together for the best treatment plan possible.
