JCT's workforce features qualified and certified personnel well vast in their different areas of expertise. We are equipped with Licensed Engineers, ACI, ICC, NICET, AWS-CWI, ASNT, QC/QA certified technicians, inspectors and architects. We are affiliated with qualified and NY licensed laboratories for all our lab tests and quality control procedures These laboratories are accredited by, AASHTO/CCRL and performs testing procedures according to current ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, AWS, ASME and ANST standards and building codes, with state-of-the-art equipment. JCT personnel has successfully performed work with and is very familiar with the following city agencies: MTA, NYC/SDOT, PANY/NJ, DDC, NYCHA, NYDPARKS, DASNY.
