Core Solutions, LLC was originally established in April 2005 as a Pilates based business by founder Jamie Pittman. Built around enhancing the knowledge of one's body, Core Solutions strived to educate its clients on their postural awareness and the importance of exercising in proper alignment to achieve strength in daily activities. While Core Solutions continues to educate its clients, it is now dedicated to increasing one's knowledge of the importance of nutrition and how to make healthy lifestyle decisions to lessen disease progression, or reduce the risks of developing nutrition related medical conditions. Making the right food choices on a daily basis is not easy. A Registered Dietitian can educate you and help you develop a strong foundation to reduce disease complication and enhance your quality of life.
