Really need to regroup building mgmt - our building is disgusting. Slumlord operation - no sprinklers? Landmark building on a landmark block and our building unlike all the others is falling apart...

I rented from this landlord in the 20s near Gramercy and found them to be responsive and they took good care of the property. I do highly recommend them.

Building owned and managed by them has mice and roaches. Heat and hot water do not work when outside temperature below freezing. Management does not help with tenant concerns. Stay away.
