Ivy Tutors Network

History

In 2003, I started a company that helped change the landscape of tutoring and test preparation in New York City. I was 20 years old at the time and a student at Columbia University (after having graduated from Bronx Science). My vision was to build a network of Ivy League students and graduates who would act as tutors and mentors for school-aged kids through the 12th grade. I am proud to say that this vision is now a reality!

Whatever the student's needs, we've been there, and we can share our expertise with you. Our goal is to help each student find joy in learning. IVY's mission is to help students struggling with difficult subjects by connecting them to tutors who are so passionate about their fields that it's contagious. Our Ivy League and top tier university tutors connect with students on a level that adults and parents are not always able to access. We match students with tutors by weighing personality, skill level, and many other factors, including hobbies and interests.
