They do not take exchanges or returns for any reason even new in package stuff of wrong size. And yes the owner is extremely rude. How this place survives is beyond me.

They have a nice selection but i h ave to agree with all the one star reviews. The owner was rude. Also tried to exchange unopened smart wool socks for another color. Ridiculous rule in this day...
