Iron Event in Buffalo, NY is a culinary event that was founded by Chef Dan Tracy in 2010. The event brings together the best culinary talent in Western New York to raise money for ALS care and to foster a sense of community through food and competition.
Tragically, Chef Dan Tracy passed away from ALS in 2021, and there is currently no headstone marking his grave. Iron Event is now appealing to the community to contribute to a fund to purchase and engrave a headstone in his honor, as well as to establish a scholarship fund for the Culinary Arts.
