My primary focus in the beginning was with families with adolescents; since 2010 I have worked with women, especially professional women of color helping them learn how to maneuver the sometimes complicated and complex profit and non profit work environments as well as other areas of their lives.

As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I have more than 15 years experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Providing different treatment styles-interpersonal, coaching, couple, family, etc.-I assist individuals and systems with addressing issues that impact relationships and interconnectedness. I have worked with individuals and families in different environments-domestic violence, education, foster care and adoption, homelessness, incarceration, etc. Also, as a lesbian woman of color, I understand how race, culture, and sexual orientation can and does impact one's sense of self and/or how society and/or families contribute to an individual's
