Integrity Home Care Service

Integrity Home Care Services is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide services within Onondaga, Oswego, Oneida, Madison, Cayuga and Cortland counties in New York. The agency offers a variety of services, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Integrity Home Care Services is an affiliate of St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center, which is one of the largest rehabilitation facilities in central New York. Founded in 1969, St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center is a nonprofit health care facility that offers inpatient and outpatient services, including subacute and brain injury, outpatient rehabilitative, home health care and medical transportation.
