Counseling Service EDNY is a state-licensed, medically supervised, outpatient treatment program that was incorporated in 1974. It is a federally funded nonprofit agency that offers drug treatment programs for individuals, groups and families. The agency offers several outpatient services to psychoeducational, early recovery, medical education, relapse prevention, abstinence and anger management groups. Counseling Service EDNY also handles physical examination, toxicology testing, referral for detoxification, and medication and psychiatric management services.
