HistoryThe Fab Over 40 Health and Fitness business started in 2019 in an effort to help, guide, support, empower, transform, and motivate clients to become healthier and happier through improved nutrition, fitness, time and stress management techniques. The business is client centered around physical, emotional, and mental well being. My goal is to help create a healthier you which includes proper nutrition, regular exercise, less stress, more energy, quality sleep, and a better frame of mind. I provide each client with a customized plan that is realistic and sustainable according to the client's goals. I meet with each client in person or via phone weekly to provide consistent guidance, support, education and accountability. From meal prepping and improved nutrition habits, to fitness training, planning and time management, I will provide you with the most effective solutions through customized plan that you can manage at work and home.
