In Light Yoga Retreats was born in December of 2015. My mission behind was to create special yoga retreats within driving distance from New York City for guests to restore, detox and connect to their true selves in the most incredible settings with our team full care. In Light Retreats are not only about yoga! They are about our guests personal time within all inclusive program that includes activities such as yoga, meditation, hiking, detox tasty meals, jacuzzi and pool time, fun surprise experiences and wellness workshops. We encourage to skip any activities if needed and just relax in the most incredible place of our Berkshires location or any of our abroad destination. We guarantee you will restore, rejuvenate and will have the most incredible time!

I loved every second of my time at the retreat! The house is truly amazing and special. It is a very peaceful place surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed yoga classes and improved my practice....
