I don't really shop here for groceries but it's my go-to in Potsdam for craft beer and wraps. Wraps are made to order in the deli and you get a relatively filling sandwich alternative for $3.99....

There are some neat things about IGA as a brand and store. However, service is not their specialty. Do stay away.

Well no more visits here... Staff here can be extremely rude and argumentative. They definitely need some education on customer service as this was the poorest shopping experience I have ever had...
