Had a great time here at iCryo today. I tried the cryotherapy and sauna, I have to say it was FREEZING in the cryotherapy room!!!! There was literally frost in the room! I suggest starting off...

I tried the red light therapy, whole body Cryotherapy and compression therapy. Enjoy it all. I've been back a dozen times. Reasonable prices. And most importantly. It helps with my inflammation.
