Absolutely burnt bagel, after 10min of waiting for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese , this is what you get and there was no line. Stay away!!

Basically only good for prepackaged items. Ordered cold cuts ,they looked and smelled bad. Not to mention how expensive it was. We use to come all the time for food but quality is definitely an issue.
