Wow what a convenient location! I was in town for a concert at MSG and this hotel was not too much of a walk to the venue. Right across the street is also a Walgreens and plenty of other stores...

A bit bummed about the place! Came here because they were renovating a condo I'm currently leasing. Upon checkin, the rooms were a bit messy. The bathroom was pretty bad, the bedroom was ok...

Great location in times square right in the thick of things in NYC. The front desk staff was consistently super friendly...the doormen not so much. The room is functional...the views of Times...

Got there around 9AM. Was able to check in but had to upgrade the room. The upgrade was $40 which I was thankful since I spent the night on the plane and wanted to log into work and take a shower....

This hotel should be rated at max 3 star and that is being forgiving. I stay all over the United States and I've gotten much better rooms, materials and service and Holiday inns. First the bed....
