The Moinian Group, in collaboration with Boston Properties, is developing 3 Hudson Boulevard, a striking 940-foot-tall office skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan's Far West Side. Go to the northern end of the Hudson Yard-34th st station (ie, 35th street) and just stroll southward. It lets you take in the calm, nice, and fairly wealthy environment.
