All attorneys will receive a comprehensive patient narrative report within five business days of their request. The narrative report includes all consultations and reports from all treating physicians, MRI, and x-ray reports, electrodiagnostic studies and assessment of damages, including mechanism of injury, degree of permanency, plus type and duration of symptomatology. All of the preceding are essential in assisting you in the expeditious resolution of the legal case.
