History

Established in 2012. We opened the doors to Primal Fitness (Now Howard Beach CrossFit) back in the early Spring of 2012 At that time we subleased a small piece of a MMA Studio, In September/ October, our program really began growing On October 31st that year, Super Storm Sandy hit us hard, the gym had 6 feet of water We fought like hell to come back even stronger then before, and after 6 weeks of demolition and rebuilding, we did just that In May of 2013, the MMA Studio shut down, which allowed Howard Beach CrossFit to then take over the entire gym. Since then our program has grown in many ways We now offer CrossFit for Kids and adults A CrossFit Competitor level program A cardio intensive program we call

By far the cheapest Crossfit Box in all of NY State. The instructors are friendly and push you to your max all the time.
