Houghton Hall Arts Community is a new rehearsal and arts management facility located in the NoMad neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan. Spanning 17,000 square feet, it provides a range of spaces including offices, rehearsal rooms, and acting studios for performing arts organizations, teachers, actors, and other arts professionals.

Owned by the Church of the Transfiguration, known for its historic ties to the theatre community, Houghton Hall fosters a collaborative environment for artists, independent and nonprofit theatre companies, and arts entrepreneurs. The community is named after Rev. George H. Houghton, who championed inclusion and dignity for all, continuing the church's long-standing support for marginalized artists.
