I have stayed here multiple times, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean and in a great location close to Little Italy, and in Chinatown.

It's a good hotel. It's clean, a little pricey, pretty nice staff. Don't expect much in the way of amenities. Your room doesn't have a coffee maker or microwave.
