During our stay we found the biggest cockroach we have ever seen. We let management know and they acted like it wasn't a big deal and they didn't even apologize. They sent someone up 10 minutes...

Lovely hotel. Great location. Clean, spacious rooms with mini kitchen. Plush towels. Nice staff. Our Keurig was broken and it was replaced immediately. Comfy bed.
