Martin at the front desk was the absolutely most rude person I've ever interacted and extremely unprofessional. Will never return for this reason alone

The location is great, the people are nice but the bed is on the floor on a 6-inch platform. It was very difficult to get in and out. We agreed it was the worst room of any hotel we've ever stayed.
