Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is a not-for-profit volunteer organization based in Schenectady, NY, dedicated to finding forever homes for dogs in need. They do not have a shelter facility, but instead, their dogs live in foster homes where they receive personalized care and attention until they are ready for adoption.
