Homesteads for Hope is a 501c3 non-profit community farm and future housing village located on 55 acres along the Historic Erie Canal in Rochester, NY. Founded by a mother and daughter team, the organization aims to create an inclusive environment where people of all abilities can thrive, find purpose, and belong in nature's classroom.
