Home Leasing Development manages the development of land in several local communities. It primarily oversees single-family residential lot development in the Gananda and Old Brookside ( Canandaigua ) communities. Home Leasing, LLC is focused on the management and development of affordable residential communities, both single and multi-family. We are currently managing apartment properties in Buffalo, Rochester and the Southern tier and are working on expanding into other parts of the state.
