HoliMont is one of the largest private ski areas in North America. Its features include: 50 trails totaling more than 20 miles; two quad lifts, two triple lifts, three double lifts and a T-Bar; three and one half miles of cross country ski trails; and a 13,000 lift an hour capacity. The ski area also offers boarding, hiking, sledding, ice skating and a snowsports school for children and adults. Membership to the club is granted on an individual basis and can be financed in five or 10-year increments. Holimont was opened in 1964 and is located in Ellicottville, N.Y. It averages 114 days of skiing on an annual basis.
