Hoff-Barthelson Music School is located in Scarsdale, N.Y. The music school specializes in a range of professional programs in music for more than 1,800 students. It offers courses in various types of music styles, including jazz and classical. Its curriculum includes a variety of topics, such as music theory, ear training, composition skills, vocal ensembles, and jazz and classical idiom. It also specializes in lessons for a range of instruments that includes violin, viola, flute, piano and cello. The music school offers a summer arts program for students in grades two through nine. It conducts classes in music, theater, and arts and crafts. Additionally, the school organizes various concerts and events, including student recitals, faculty artists series, winter orchestra concerts and the Music of our Time festival.
