Had to go in to return something I bought online. Was helped immediately with friendly and fast service. Easiest return I ever made. Store seemed clean and organized.

I was not impressed. It reminded me of going to the ones in Manhattan. I also didn't see the business attire I'd wanted & thought I might have a shot of finding here. Overall, I was disappointed.

Literally the worst h&m store ever.... the employees don't even make eye contact which is beyond awkward and they barely have any sizes out above 6. Overall lame and disappointing.
