It's pretty good the use a lot of oil but overall it's really yummy and delicious I would still order from there my favorite is the fried dumplings with general tso chicken it's absolutely bussin

I moved to Staten Island a year ago. Sad to say, I yet to find good Chinese food. The food at Hip Wo lacks flavor.

Who the fuck gave this restaraunt 5 stars...this person have taste bud problems...their rice taste horrible...i wouldnt feed it to my DOG'S....THE OIL !!! TOO MUCH GREASY OILY .
