High Intensity Interval Training - it's nothing new but at HIIT Man Fitness NYC we have developed a program that will push you to your next level of fitness. During your participation in our rapid results program you will participate in daily 75 minute classes that consist of a challenging and unique blend of calisthenic, strength, and endurance training - each class guaranteed to challenge you on another level. Our classes operate Monday - Friday 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturday's at 10 AM We offer affordable class packages and meal prep services with Paleo, Vegan, and Carb conscious options to aid in your fitness journey.
