Worst customer service and they give you awful cars they have issues and some needing service. I've never in my life dealt with such a terrible company

I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with my outcome I rented a chev Tahoe and confirmed 1 day prior to picking up come to find out I arrived to pick up and no chev Tahoe Very disappointed

Not only did they not actually have the car I made a reservation for clearly you don't have to give your name and vaping in the office is completely ok. And don't bother with corporate offices...

Location is closed! Went to pick up a rental on Monday morning and no one showed up. After talking to corporate they told us they closed in January but did not notify anyone!
