They take your $$$ but try to avoid providing service when it is needed. My hearing aids stop working and need vacuuming. Receptionist says they only want to do this twice a year. I said I paid...

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Easy midtown location! Visiting NYC from out of state and needed items i forgot to pack. Was able to get wax guards and 3 replacement domes.
