We share our goals for the business with the management teams so that our managements have no surprises when the investment is completed. Honesty is a keystone in our relationships with our management teams. We are flexible in our approach to a transaction as it relates to timing and structure. Our backgrounds include working with companies in regulated industries and companies with complex structural issues. We can complete the most challenging transactions and, in fact, welcome the opportunity to work with management teams in even the most complex businesses or situations. With over 40 years of collective private equity and investment experience and involvement with over 150 companies, we bring the breadth of our knowledge and relationships to our businesses to increase the bottom line. We are strong believers in a team approach, but leave the day to day operations to our management teams.
