Harmony Hypnosis

History

I left smoking behind me thirty years ago when I went to a hypnotist in my hometown of Saratoga Springs. So, I'm familiar with the difficulties surrounding a smoking habit. When I left the hypnotist's office, I became a non-smoker for life. I haven't smoked a cigarette since then. Afterward I thought, what a great way to help people with a positive experience. That's how I got started in Hypnosis. Since then I continuously learn new and different ways to help people make the change they desire, whether it's to eliminate a smoking habit, control anxiety, relax more deeply and more often, or gain greater confidence.
