The staff was very nice. The store is spacious and has plenty of seats. I tried a tiramisu iced shaken espresso which was good.

Probably the worst matcha I've ever received from a coffee shop unfortunately. It's basically a cup of sweetened milk for $7. It's not even green. Major let down unfortunately.
